The Chianti Classico Riserva “Famiglia Zingarelli” is a flagship wine of the Tuscan winery Rocca delle Macìe, representing the Castellina in Chianti area. It is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, with fermentation in steel tanks and aging in French oak barrels for 24 months followed by 3 months in the bottle. This great red from Tuscany has a ruby red color with garnet reflections, offering a fine and elegant aromatic profile with intense and complex flavors, and a persistent finish. It is a Chianti Classico DOCG denomination with 90% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and an alcohol content of 14.5%.
